MSC Cruises is raising the bar for dining at sea with the launch of an immersive new Pan-Asian dining concept aboard MSC World Asia, the cruise line’s newest flagship set to begin seven-night Mediterranean sailings from 4 December 2026.

Inspired by the bustling street food markets of Southeast Asia, the new venue combines authentic flavours, live cooking and immersive design to create one of the most exciting culinary experiences ever introduced across the MSC Cruises fleet.

A First for MSC Cruises

Exclusive to MSC World Asia, the innovative venue combines three different dining experiences under one roof, allowing guests to choose how they dine throughout the day.

The concept includes:

  • A speciality Pan-Asian restaurant
  • A vibrant cocktail bar and lounge
  • A complimentary street food-style takeaway counter

Whether guests are looking for a leisurely dinner, handcrafted cocktails or a quick bite between activities, the venue offers a flexible approach to dining at sea.

Inspired by Southeast Asia’s Street Food Culture

Drawing inspiration from the colourful food markets of Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and South China, the venue recreates the atmosphere of Southeast Asia through food, music, décor and live cooking.

The menu celebrates bold regional flavours, featuring dishes such as:

  • Singapore-style prawns
  • Shiitake mushroom fried rice
  • Wok-fired specialities
  • Freshly prepared bao buns
  • Crispy seafood bites

The immersive setting is complemented by vibrant artwork, an energetic soundtrack and open kitchens that bring the cooking experience to life.

Cocktail Bar and Lounge

The adjoining bar offers Southeast Asian-inspired cocktails designed to complement the menu.
