There are two sittings each day:

  • 11:00am to 1:00pm
  • 2:00pm to 4:00pm

The experience is priced at R525 per adult and R265 per child, with advance booking essential.

Guests can look forward to a carefully curated selection of sweet and savoury treats, beginning with delicate finger sandwiches and handcrafted savoury bites.

  • Cape Malay-spiced chicken tartlets

To finish, guests can indulge in an assortment of pastries and desserts, including a naartjie and chocolate ganache opera cake.

Every guest will receive a complimentary glass of bubbly to accompany the High Tea, along with freshly brewed coffee or a selection of premium loose-leaf teas.

The tea collection has been curated by Master Tea Blender Mingwei Tsai, who created an exclusive Cellars-Hohenort Blend using Nigiro tea, inspired by the fragrance and bronze-apricot tones of the iconic Liz McGrath Rose.
